Amihan Resort

Swim-up bar

A swim-up bar resort in Panglao

The swim-up bar is the best-known part of Amihan Resort. It sits in the pool area, next to a poolside lounge bar, in a 25-room resort 500 metres from Alona Beach.

The pool area

Amihan has dual swimming pools, and one has a swim-up bar. The poolside lounge serves drinks through the day, and the restaurant is close by for breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon snacks.

A jacuzzi is available on request, which suits an evening after a day of diving or island-hopping.

Three pools in all

Amihan has a twin-property arrangement with the adjacent Bathala Resort. Guests can use Bathala's swimming pool, restaurant, wine cellar and lounge areas as well as Amihan's own, which gives access to three pools in total without the feel of a large resort.

Rooms for a pool stay

Every room has air conditioning, free high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, a mini fridge, a safe and an ensuite bathroom, and every category has full access to the pools, restaurant and jacuzzi. The Deluxe Double, at around 30 square metres with a private balcony, is the usual couples' base.
